I was extremely impressed with the entire process from the start! Placing a reservation online and the ease of communication was impressive. The nurse practitioner was very attentive and knowledgeable. Great bedside manner! The staff were all pleasant and helpful. I was in and out of the appointment in 30 minutes which is a true blessing when you don’t feel well. The clinic was also neat and clean and plenty of parking available. Thank you! Keep up the great work! 😊

Highly recommended. The staff are just fantastic in every way possible. I went to CareSpot not too long ago(went there for over a year) and it was the third time I experienced rude, inconsiderate behavior from them, and the difference is night and day between the two locations. For once I didn't feel judged and the staff at Avecina took care of all my needs.

One of middleburg’s best kept secrets! I’ve taken all 3 of my kids and husband here for various injuries and sicknesses and have never had a bad experience💯 Staff is always super friendly, very knowledgeable and I’ve never waited longer than 20 min to be seen and for urgent care that’s pretty miraculous. They even do walk in sports physicals. No more waiting for hours at the ER!! Avecina medical Urgent Care is my new go-to 💯

The staff were great and so helpful. It was easy to check in using the QR codes. The wait was a bit long but I was able to see a nurse practitioner in no time. They helped to elevate the pain I was in and made sure to make me feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend using this office. The staff were awesome and all so kind! The only downside might be is that they make you pay before you are seen. Some people may like that while others may not and that’s completely up to you. I’m honestly glad I have insurance because my copay was less than $100 dollars. 😅🙌🏽 If you don’t have insurance, I would call in advance to check out how much it cost for a visit just to be on the safe side.

Very disappointed with the service my fiancée received here today. The front desk employees and medical assistants were nice and listened to our concerns, but the nurse practitioner we saw was rude and very dismissive. My fiancée explained her symptoms and the NP listened for all of two minutes, listened to her lungs, and then proceeded to tell her to take DayQuil, which seriously interacts with one of her medications. We tried to tell her this and she acted like we were stupid. A quick call to her primary care doctor confirmed that DayQuil is dangerous to combine with her Zoloft so thank god we didn’t blindly follow her advice. To top it all off, she refused to test for Covid or the Flu, stating that they don’t do that after 2 days of symptoms, which I know is completely untrue because the medical assistant had just told us they can test for it if they deem it necessary. This kind of negligence is completely unacceptable. Clearly Avecina needs to better vet their staff and train them to actually read patients charts before someone gets hurt or worse.
